Rawalpindi, MTT News Desk: The senior writer and analyst on Kashmir affairs, Ch. Sajjad Ahmad has strongly condemned the illegal arrest of renowned Kashmiri leader and the head of Kashmiri American Centre, Janab Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai in USA on fake charges of working for Pakistan's top intelligence agency ISI.
Reacting on the sad news of arrest of Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai, Ch. Sajjad Ahmad said that this shocking news is a ajor blow to the peaceful struggle of liberation of jammu & Kashmir from Indian occupation.
"It was not expected that USA will fall as low as it did, to please India." he said further, "The dreams to sell nuclear technology and traditional arms including fighter Jets to India are still far from becoming true."
Ch. Sajjad Ahmad said that USA arrested Ghulam Nabi Fai during US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit to India and the timing is critical.
He said that USA could have postponed his arrest for couple of days to avoid allegations that USA had intentionally arrested Ghulam Nabi Fai to please Hillary's Indian counter part. "Stopping Pakistan's military aid, blaming Pakistan for cross border terrorism in India, fake bomb blasts in Mumbai and this recent move of arresting Ghulam Nabi Fai on fake charges, are the steps taken by USA under influence of Indian and Israeli lobbies in USA. Which are working, day and night, against Pakistani and Kashmiri interests in Washington."
"But this is not going to harm the peaceful struggle of Kashmiris," he said "India will have to leave Kashmir one day. Sooner it leave better it would be."
Ch. Sajjad Ahmad said that he would soon call a meeting of all writers and analysts on Kashmir issue to discuss the situation after arrest of Ghulam Nabi Fai. "If we have to go to the streets, we will not hesitate to do so. USA will have to release Ghulam Nabi Fai at all cost." he said.
"We will not allow USA to become a second biggest prison camp of Kashmiri leaders and activists." he said.
Ghulam Nabi Fai was arrested by law enforcement agencies in USA, alleging him for working as an agent for ISI.
USA authorities claimed that Ghulam Nabi Fai was receiving heavy money from Pakistan's ISI.
Ghulam Nabi Fai belongs to Occupied State of Jammu & Kashmir (OSJK) and applied for asylum in USA in 1980 after fearing death threats from Indian government. Since then, he is living in USA and heading the USA chapter of Kashmiri American Centre

KASHMIR : RAPE EN MASSE | Ayesha Kagal
Rapes and sodomy are very common. Soldiers rape young girls and young boys in the presence of family members. Leeches are often placed on genitals. Family members are woefully forced to rape other members of the family. To humiliate and disintegrate the person, soldiers will squeeze the breasts and genitals, insert metal rods and live cigarettes inside the vagina and rectum. Detainees are forced to perform oral sex on soldiers and to swallow the ejaculate.
In an army firing in Sonar bazaar, two lanes away in the mohalla, a bullet ripped through the face of Mushtaq Malik, a twenty-one year old first B.com student who also attended stenography classes. His family confirmed Mushtaq's death when they identified his wristwatch, after he had been buried. [Ayesha Kagal, Sunday Review Times of Indian, New Dehlis, April 29, 1990]
The uprising of 1931 was ignited by a Muslim, not a Kashmiri
By : Junaid Ahmed
On the eve of Eid, dt. 29th April 1931, Inspector Khem Chand of Dogra police asked Imam Sb. to stop Eid Khutba(Eid sermon), the Muslims there protested on this. Then after few days in Jammu, a Hindu police constable Lamburam disrespected the Quran and on this the Muslims collectively protested on this incident, and this pave way or took a shape of struggle against the Dogra regime. So was this protest and struggle political? This struggle then become the struggle for Struggle for Freedom. The person who first of all ignited the flame of struggle in the kashmiri people was not either a Kashmiri or any Guardian of Kashmiriat, but simply a Muslim Abdul Qadir, who on seeing and observing the miseries and attrocities meted on Muslim Kashmirs, said to them(Muslim Kashmirs),that,"Muslamano, now the time has come that the answer has to be given with the stone against the brick, though reminders and requests no diffrence will come to the attrocities and miseries, violations nor the problem/question of disrespect of Quran will get solved. You have to get stand on your feet and fight against the atrocity and Zulm."After that this person is arrested and the court procedure takes place, thousands of people gathered outside the jail premises. At the Zuhr time one Muslim while saying La Ila Ha Illalahu, the bullet of Dogra police makes that person a Matyr, second person stands to say the Kalima and He is also matyred and so like that the Kalima saying persons were Matyred under the volley of bullets.
The underlying point here is that our identity of being a muslim takes our struggle to a different level beyond that of a struggle for rights, piece of land or any such thing.Time and again our muslim character has come to the fore in wake of atrocities and the uprising of 1931 is no different.Islam is absolute and complete in itself and cannot be adhered to fully but in a place where soveriegnity belongs to Allah alone. In absence of such a place there will be attacks on the faith of a muslim time and again. The beastial rule of dogras proved just that and infact took it to an altogether different plane. In it lies a lesson for us.The salvation and success of our struggle lies in pursuing an islamic goal wherein Allah's help as well as victory is guaranteed. The goal of an islamic kashmir and integration with the ummah.Never mind death in pursuing this goal for such are the true martyrs. The people that sacrificed their lives in the summer of 1931 didnt do it for the sake of democracy but for Islam. There is no point in pursuing a Godless nationalist struggle for its failure or success makes no difference at all. Our goal must be to win the favour of Allah(swt) and make our fight legitimate before him rather than seeking the favour of Godless west. The Islamic nature of our struggle is not a taboo as some might think but the only strength we have. Our inspiration must be Islam, our path must be Islam and our goal must be Islam.Surely then victory will be ours Insha'Allah. This struggle is for our existence as muslims and consequently holds the top tier in the priorities' list. Our chances of salvation in this world and importantly the world hereafter lies in pursuing this struggle in the right context and throwing all our weight behind it.

US plans Jewish state in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK)
Lahore – The CIA designed a plot to create a rift in Pakistan as well as other Islamic states and China for the supremacy of the US and India in 1994, it has been revealed.
The CIA planned to create rift among the Army, other sensitive departments and the political forces in Pakistan to establish another Jewish state in the Indian-held Kashmir. According to the design, the international aid-backed non-government organisations are in action to implement the plan of strengthening Indian lobby in Balochistan and establishing another Israeli state in IHK.
, which would eye Pakistan and China.
The CIA planned to isolate and malign the Army and other sensitive organisations because these institutions stand as the biggest hurdles to the CIA designs in the region resisting US’s penetration and fight Indo-US nexus aimed to create anarchy and lawlessness

MAMA I AM IN LOVE
In memory of Sameer Rah, 7 years old martyr
One fine afternoon he came rushing
Innocence on his face all gushing
He was emphatic with something great
Enthused this way was not in his trait
He had seen perhaps something unseen
His face was shining with an angelic sheen
He came rushing for his mother and said
Mama I want to reveal something I never had
Ma, I am in love, for which never did I dream
Ma, I know I am still not in that young team
I am a child, but I feel the love inside my soul
This struggle is taking on my mind a big toll
Mother said, my kid I still cannot believe
You still cannot put your hand through the sleeve
Go my lad take it easy and have a tight sleep
I still have the whole house to keep
But he kept on saying the same
Mother do u want to hear her name
Mother I am in love with my death
They will come to stop my breath
Mother I am going to die for my undone crime
Mother let me go, I am left will little time
And he came out of the lap and walked towards the street
Composed and calm he went for his love to greet
They came and took him away in their rage
They beat him till he was out of his cage
He cried at their kicks and buts but did not run
They plugged his mouth with the butt of the gun
He breathed his last after being tossed upon a stone
He met his love, and his mother did not mourn
For he is a lover who did not betray
Martyrs never die, Allah did say
His death gave us a new grave
More Sameer’s shall be consumed in this wave
Till mothers let leave their lads off their laps
Cruel guns shall roar for them perhaps.

Fake encounters are a trend in Indian-occupied Kashmir, says NGO
Occupied Srinagar, July 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a non-governmental organization, Youth Empowerment Services of Kashmir (YES), has demanded reinvestigation of a decade-old encounter in Islamabad district in which three civilians were martyred by Indian troops.
The YES President, Tanveer Ahmad while addressing a news conference in Srinagar said, fake encounters have been a trend in Kashmir. “On March 1, 2011, some innocent Kashmiris were martyred near Janglat Mandi, Islamabad, by Indian Army and Ikhwanis labelling them as militants. The irony is that a 70-year-old man martyred by the Army in the fake gunfight was dubbed as foreign militant.”
He said, “We have moved an application before the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police, south Kashmir seeking reinvestigation into the fake encounter. We want the truth to prevail. Justice must be delivered to the families of the victims,” he added.
Tanveer said that the infamous encounter was not the first of its kind in the district. Earlier, he said, some civilians were taken to Shirpora forests by the Army and their corroborators and later killed in a fake shootout, adding, ”Everyone knows that they were civilians.”
He deplored that the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh and puppet Chief Minister of the occupied territory, Omar Abdullah in their speeches claimed that they would take action against human rights violators but there was nothing on ground.
